Ar sapnas – tai atsitiktiniai nerviniai impulsai, pasąmonės simbolinė žinia, o gal tiesiog ekskursija į nematomus pasaulius?
Sapnų teoretikas Karlos Kastaneda teigia, jog sapnai išlaisvina žmogaus mąstymą, padidindami pojūčių įvairovę ir supratimo galimybes. Kitaip tariant, sapnai tarsi durys į kitus pasaulius. Atvėrus šias duris, galima daug ką padaryti: keisti mąstymo būdą, dėmesio centrą, tobulinti naujus psichinius sugebėjimus.
Daugelis Vakarų mokslininkų įsitikinę, kad sapnai yra atsitiktinių psichoneurologinių reiškinių rezultatas, susijęs su dienos įvykiais. Psichoterapeutams tai – mentalinės konfigūracijos, turinčios vertę, jei įmanoma iššifruoti simbolines žinias. Jų manymu, sapnai formuojami mūsų mintyse, o ne išorinėje aplinkoje. K. Kastaneda nesutinka su šia tradicine prielaida. Jo aiškinimai paremti didelėmis aiškiaregystės jėgomis. Jis teigia, kad mūsų kūną supa energetinis kūnas, švytintis šviesos kokonas, primenantis kiaušinį. Tas kiaušinis turi apvalią dėmę – “susirinkimo” tašką. Jis yra teniso kamuoliuko dydžio ir yra nugaroje, nutolęs per dvi pėdas nuo dešinės menties. Labai jautrūs žmonės žino, kad pasaulis sukurtas iš milijono įkaitintų energijos siūlų, sklindančių iš kiekvieno sutvėrimo. Siūlai praeina pro kiaušinį, tačiau tik labai maža dalis praeina pro susirinkimo tašką. Žmonių, galinčių jausti ir veikti šią siūlų dalį, yra vienetai. Susirinkimo taško veiklos principas panašus į radijo ryšį. Mes galime rinktis daug stočių, bet klausytis turėsime tik vienos, užmiršdami, kad yra ir kitos. Pasak K. Kastanedos, socialinė padėtis ir įpročiai užsaldo susirinkimo tašką vienoje vietoje ir atrodo, kad ta aplinka yra vienintelė objektyvioje realybėje. Tuomet mes automatiškai imame informaciją apie pasaulį iš to siūlų pluošto. Tačiau tokioms drąsioms sieloms, kaip Don Džuano Matus, K. Kastanedos racionalumas yra jausmų ir mąstymo kalėjimas. “Pasaulis turi daug formų”, – sako jie. Sapnuodami galime mokytis susirinkimo tašką valingai perkelti iš įprastinės pozicijos ir gauti informaciją apie nematerialius pasaulius. Tuomet sapnų karalystė taps neištirtų platybių geografija. Tai yra pagrindinis K. Kastanedos mokymo akcentas, vadinamas keturiais sapnų karalystės vartais. Praėję pro pirmus vartus, jūs pajusite savo energetinį kūną, įgysite būtiną koncentraciją, jei sukoncentruosite savo mintis į paprastą sapno objektą, pvz., ranką. Raktas, atidarantis sapnų vartus, yra energija. Dauguma žmonių negali lavinti valios sapnuodami, nes jų gyvenimas yra perpildytas prisiminimų emocijomis, viltimis ir baime. Taigi jie neturi ekstra energijos, reikalingos sapne.
Pagal kai kurių tautų papročius, pasaulis metaforiškai vaizduojamas milžiniško erelio pavidalu. Sis paukštis simbolizuoja sąmonės turinį bei skleidžia švytinčius energijos siūlus. Būtent erelis suteikia žmonėms žinių ir informacijos, o kai jie miršta, atkuria. “Nėra objektyvaus pasaulio. Pasaulį sudaro energetiniai laukai, kuriuose sklando erelis”, – sako K. Kastaneda.
Jis nėra vienintelis sapnų teoretikas. Stanfordo universiteto sapnų tyrinėtojas S. La Berge moksliškai aprašė aiškaus sapnavimo meną, t. y. sugebėjimą sąmoningai sapnuoti. Per amžius Tibeto lamos (budistų kunigai) mokė mokinius senos praktikos – “sapnų jogos” – metodo, kai sapnų išaiškinimas padidina atidumą dienos metu. Kvantinės fizikos specialistas Fredas Alanas Volfas pateikė naują teoriją, kuri sieja sielą su kvantine fizika. Taigi nauja sapnų teorija nuves vis gilyn į paslaptingą sapnų karalystę.
Kai 1900 m. Z. Froidas parašė veikalą “Sapnų aiškinimas”, dauguma vakariečių neskyrė ypatingo dėmesio sapnams, o tik ieškodavo juose simbolinės prasmės. Tame šimtmetyje vyravo nuomonė, kad sapnai yra mentalinė patirtis, užšifruota keistu kodu, kurį ne taip lengva iššifruoti. Anot Froido, sapnai – tai prislopintų norų, konfliktų ir impulsų, kylančių iš pasąmonės, užslaptinta išraiška. Agresyvūs instinktai, seksualiniai impulsai, kuriuos žmogus jautė per dieną, bet nesugebėjo išreikšti, nedingsta be pėdsakų. Patekę pasąmonėn jie išsaugo didelę sprogstamąją galią ir ieško išėjimo. Tokiai iškrovai galimybę suteikia sapnai. Jungas teigė, kad sapnai yra “mažos slaptos sielos durys” į bendrą žmonijos pasąmonę bei jos transpersonalinę, archetipinę išmintį. Froidas manė, kad sapnų turinį sudaro tamsios paslaptys, tuo tarpu Jungui sapnų simbolika reiškė sielos auksą, pranašišką pasąmonę, kuri moko budrųjį ego vizualinių vaizduočių ir Visatos simboline kalba parašyto scenarijaus.
Nors Froidas ir Jungas abu buvo tos pačios nuomonės, kad sapnus reikia įtraukti į mokslinių psichoterapinių studijų sąrašą, tačiau iki 1950 metų niekas nebandė to daryti. 1950 rri. Čikagos universiteto mokslininkai pastebėjo, kad sapnai atsiranda miego metu, kai ima greitai judėti užmerktos akys, lyg stebint vidinę sceną. Jei miegame itin giliai, šie periodai trunka ilgiau ir dažniau. Jų metu smegenų kamienas siunčia nervinius impulsus į regos vaizdinį kūrimo centrą. 1970 m. A. Hobsonas iš Harvardo medicinos mokyklos aiškina, kad sapnuojant smegenų kamienas leidžia išsiskirti acetilcholinui, neurotransmiteriui, kuris cirkuliuoja miegančiose smegenyse. Taigi aktyvios smegenys ima sintetinti ar kurti sujungtą sąmonės patirtį – sapną, atminties banke generuodamas visus signalus apie veiksmus, emocijas bei suvokimą. Sapnai aiškiai parodo, koks gali būti automatinio neurobiologinio proceso rezultatas – kartu nereikšmingas ir sudėtingas cheminių reakcijų darbas.
F. Krikas ir G. Mitčisonas teigė: miegame, kad sunaikintumėme perkrautus neuronus smegenyse. Dienos metu smegenų žievė yra perkraunama jutimine informacija. Sapno metu, kad gerai funkcionuotų atmintis, nereikalingi duomenys turi būti reguliariai ištrinami. Tai fantazijos, aistros, haliucinacijos, apsunkinančios atminties darbą. Pasak Kriko ir Mitčisono, sapno prisiminimas reiškia smegenų žievės nesugebėjimą ištrinti nereikalingą informaciją. Nepaisant tokių mokslinių teorijų, dauguma šiuolaikinių psichologų pripažįsta gydomąją sapnų vertę.
Garsi sapnų tyrinėtoja G. Dilani savo knygose teigia, jog didžiausią reikšmę sapnuojančiajam turi sugebėjimas atrasti tam tikros problemos sprendimą, vidinę paskatą bei kūrybinių jėgų. Sapnai – tai psichikos katalogas, kuriame surašomi duomenys apie asmens dinamiškumą, prigimtį, jausmus bei požiūrius. Ji pateikia praktinį požiūrį į sapnų sutapimą su dienos įvykiais. Pasak autorės, sapnų mintys kalba tam tikra savo kalba su jai būdingomis reikšmingomis metaforomis, tobulindamos psichologinius sugebėjimus bei jų vientisumą. “Kai mes save traktuosime kaip sapnų konsultantą, mūsų sapnai taps galingais padėjėjais atsikratant įvairiausių kompleksų”, – sako Delani. Geriausiai išaiškinti sapnus gali tik pats sapnuojantysis.
Sapnai yra svarbus savęs pažinimo raktas. Jie gali padėti nuspėti ateitį, pažinti ir gydyti save. Mes sapnuojame kiekvieną naktį, o sapnai atskleidžia slapčiausius mūsų norus. Tačiau mes turime išmokti juos atsiminti. Tada galėsime keisti savo gyvenimą. Mintys, idėjos, išgyvenimai, viltys ir būgštavimai sapno metu yra perduodami simboliais, metaforomis, įvaizdžiais. Tai sapnų kalba. Pasąmonė ištraukia tai iš atminties ir sudėlioja į mažą vaidinimą. Sapnas gali būti paveiktas filmo, kurį žiūrėjote prieš eidami gulti, o šiandieninė problema gali būti sulyginta su vaikystės įvykiais.
Kiekvienas turi daugybę emocinių problemų, bet jei mes tinkamai naudosime sapnus, galėsime tapti savo pačių šeimininkais. Mes turime raktą – tai pasąmonė, mūsų biologinis kompiuteris.
Sapnai yra būtina sąmoningo intelektualaus egzistavimo sąlyga. Tyrimai, atlikti vienu metu Izraelyje ir JAV, parodė, kad būtent sapnai padeda ir gyvūnams, ir žmonėms sutvarkyti dienos įspūdžius ir informaciją.
Kai mes miegame, mūsų psichikos sugebėjimai pasiekia aukščiausią tašką. Sapnuodami galime savo vidinėmis mintimis bendrauti su pažįstamais žmonėmis. Pasąmonė rodo kelią.
Žmonės dažnai sapnuoja sapnus, kurie nupasakoja būsimus įvykius. Įvairi informacija būna užšifruota, su nerealiais siužetais ir nerealiais objektais. Gryni sutapimai labai reti. Tačiau pasitaiko. Jis sapnavo, kad jų miegamajame ant dviejų kėdžių stovi geležinis karstas. Jame guli jaunesnysis brolis Henris. Ant jo krūtinės – puokštė su raudona gėlyte centre. Atsibudęs jis su palengvėjimu atsiduso – tai buvo tiktai sapnas. Bet praėjo kelios dienos – ir visa, ką jis matė sapne, išsipildė. Jo brolis žuvo garlaivyje, kuriuo jis plaukiojo, netikėtai sprogus garo katilui. O toliau buvo taip, kaip jis matė sapne, iki pat smulkmenų: svetainėje ant dviejų kėdžių stovėjo karstas, o jame jo brolis. Įeinant Tvenui į kambarį kažkokia moteris priėjo prie karsto ir padėjo Henriui ant krūtinės puokštę baltų gėlių. Pačiame jos viduryje buvo raudona gėlytė.
Parapsichologai tai aiškina kaip ypatingas sinchronines būsenas, kai prasiveria pasąmonės ryšio kanalas. Sapno metu gauta informacija iš draugų, giminių, pažįstamų ar mirusių artimųjų yra ypač vertinga.
Kai kurie žmonės iš prigimties turi atvirą sapnų kanalą. Egipte gyveno toks netikša Josefas Achmedas Mustafa. Jis dažnai miegodavo piramidėse. Ten jis sapnuodavo sapnus apie Senovės Egiptą. Būtent iš tų sapnų jis sužinojo, kaip reikia paruošti, sumaišyti dažus, kaip rašyti hieroglifų simbolius, kokia jų reikšmė. Todėl jam pavyko rekonstruoti laivą, palaidotą Cheopso piramidėje. Nepamirškime kunigaikščio Gedimino sapno apie geležinį vilką, tapusio legenda. Beje, tai liudija, kad sapnai siejasi su aiškiaregyste. Kaip ir senovės Egipto valdovo sapnas, tapęs istoriniu faktu. Jis susapnavo 7 riebias ir liesas karves. Sapnas buvo išaiškintas kaip derlingų ir nederlingų metų ženklai. Ta aiškiaregystė pasitvirtino.
Sapnai gali įspėti apie tragiškus įvykius. Vienas Černobylio AE darbuotojas susapnavo gaisrą ketvirtame bloke. Gaila, kad jį išjuokė.
A. Linkolno biografai pasakoja apie keistą sapną, kurį jis susapnavo likus kelioms dienoms iki mirties. Prezidentas miegojo Baltuosiuose rūmuose. Vidurnaktį staiga atsibudo. Tiksliau, jam taip pasirodė. Tai buvo tartum sapnas sapne. Jam atrodė, kad jį pažadino garsus verksmas ir daugelio balsų keliamas triukšmas, kuris buvo girdėti už durų. Išėjęs iš miegamojo pasuko link Vakarinės salės, iš kur ir sklido garsai. Ten stovėjo katafalkas, o žmonės gedulo rūbais ėjo vienas po kito atsisveikinti. Linkolnas nematė, kas gulėjo ant pakylos, todėl budėtojo paklausė, kas numirė. “Prezidentas, – atsakė šis. – Jis tapo žmogžudžio auka”. Tariant šiuos žodžius verksmas pagarsėjo ir tai pažadino Linkolną. Rytą jis nieko nesuprasdamas papasakojo žmonai ir keletui draugų. Po kelių dienų jis iš tikrųjų buvo nužudytas. Katafalkas buvo pastatytas Vakarinėje salėje, ir viskas buvo tiksliai taip, kaip jis matė sapne.
Kas vyksta tokių sapnų metu? Miegantysis mato įvykį, kurio mūsų laiku lyg ir nėra. Bet ateityje jis jau yra ir tik laukia savo valandos. Rašytojas sapnuoja knygą, kurią jis dar tik sukurs, bet kuri jau tartum egzistuoja ateityje. Išradėjai ir mokslininkai mato savo atradimus arba prietaisus. O įvairios nelaimės, katastrofos, kurios dar tik įvyks, bet jau pasirodė sapne! Ar visa tai nereiškia, kad kai kuriais atvejais miegantysis iš tikrųjų gali suvokti tikrovę, esančią anapus dabarties, ateityje? Jeigu kam nors prisisapnavo nemalonumas ar nelaimė, ar jis gali jų išvengti?
Plutarchas pasakojo, kad Julijaus Cezario nužudymo išvakarėse jo žmona atsibudo raudodama. Ji susapnavo, kad laiko apglėbusi nužudytą vyrą. Sapnas buvo toks ryškus, o jos nerimas toks įtikinamas, kad Cezaris rengėsi visai atšaukti senato posėdį tą dieną. Jeigu jis tai būtų padaręs, tai tikriausiai būtų gyvenęs ir toliau. Tačiau Cezaris nepakluso per sapną atėjusiai pranašystei. Ar jis taip pasielgė atsitiktinai, ar likimo neįmanoma išvengti?
Moteriai prisisapnavo, kad jos trejų metų sūnus pakliuvo po mašina. Ji taip išsigando, jog nuvedė jį pas motiną, gyvenusią netoliese, kad jis visą dieną praleistų su ja sode. Po poros valandų važiavęs pro šalį automobilis staiga tapo nevaldomas ir visu greičiu, pralaužęs tvorą, užvažiavo tiesiai ant vaiko sode, po medžiu.
Kažkokia nenumaldoma galia, aplinkybių sutapimas daro sapne pamatytą įvykį neišvengiamą ir neatšaukiamą. Daugybė faktų lyg ir liudija, kad nei pakeisti, nei išvengti to, kas pamatyta sapne, neįmanoma. Tačiau yra tiek pat ir ne mažiau įtikinamų faktų, kad gali būti priešingai.
Vieną Pirmojo pasaulinio karo naktį po sunkios dienos apkase miegojo vokiečių kareivis. Abiejose fronto pusėse buvo tylu. Staiga kareiviui prisisapnavo sviedinio sprogimas ir ant jo griūvančios apkaso sienos. Vaizdas buvo toks įtikinamas ir realus, kad jis iš karto prabudo ir užsimiegojęs šoko iš apkaso. Tą pačią sekundę sprogimo banga jį nubloškė ant žemės. Į apkasą, kuriame jis ką tik buvo, pataikė nežinia iš kur atklydęs atsitiktinis prancūzų sviedinys. Visi, kurie jame liko, buvo suplėšyti į gabalus. Kareivį išgelbėjo sapnas. Sis kareivis buvo Adolfas Hitleris. Vadinasi, išvydus sapne nelaimę, galima jos išvengti?
Būtent taip pasistengė padaryti viena moteris iš Somerseto grafystės. Su draugaiš ji ruošėsi vienadienėn ekskursijon į Šveicariją. Jau buvo nupirktas bilietas ir žinomas išskridimo laikas. Bet prieš kelias dienas iki to ji susapnavo sapną. “Viskas vyko man prieš akis ir buvo labai aišku. Aš mačiau lėktuvą, kuris palietė medžius ir krito į sniegą. Mačiau savo žuvusiųjų draugų kūnus. Visa tai buvo labai konkretu ir baisu. Visą dieną po to prasėdėjau prie židinio krečiama drebulio”. Sukrėtimas buvo toks stiprus, jog ji atsisakė skrydžio ir grąžino bilietą, nors ir prarado pusę jo kainos. Anksti rytą lėktuvas, kuriuo ji turėjo skristi, netoli aerodromo nukrito į apsnigtą lauką. Viskas buvo būtent taip, kaip moteris matė sapne. Kai po to jos klausė, kodėl ji neperspėjo kitų, ji atsakė, kad ja vis tiek nebūtų niekas patikėjęs. Ir ji, be abejo, buvo teisi.
Pranašingų sapnų tikriausiai būna ir daugiau, negu esame linkę manyti. Mokslininkai įsitikinę, jog žinią iš ateities neša kas antras – trečias sapnas. Bet suvokti šią žinią mes dažniausiai nepajėgūs. Tam prabudus sapną reikia bent jau prisiminti. Be to, mūsų dieninei sąmonei sapnai dažnai yra padriki arba nerišlūs. Jeigu pranešimas nebuvo pateiktas “atviru tekstu”, reikia mokėti teisingai iššifruoti jo tikrąją prasmę. Ir pagaliau dar reikia, kad prabudęs žmogus priimtų domėn visą sapną, nes trūkstant kurios nors jungties, nutrūksta visa grandinė.

Pranašiški sapnai būna prieš rytą. Tai yra todėl, kad miegodami pamažu atsipalaiduojame, palengva sunkumas išnyksta, tada atsiranda sapno aiškumas. Jei sapnas susijęs su dabartimi, t. y. sapnuojam kasdien sutinkamus žmones, galvojam tą patį, ką ir būdami budrūs, pranašingo sapno tikimybė didėja.
Sakoma, kad jei neatsimename sapno, tai ten ir nebuvo reikiamos informacijos. Reikšmingi sapnai sąmonėje išlieka. Galbūt prisiminti sapną padės to vakaro detalus atgaminimas sąmonėje.
Kad blogas sapnas neišsipildytų, pabudus reikia žiūrėti į langą arba ištarti: “Kur naktis, ten sapnai”, “Ką mačiau sapne, to nematysiu tikrovėje”.

Sapnas iš pirmadienio į antradienį. Antradienis – ugninio Marso diena. Marsas suteikia veržlumo, duoda impulsą veiksmui. Marsas – asmeninės jėgos planeta. Antradienio sapnai susiję su siekiais. Jie rodo, kiek mumyse yra ugnies ir troškimų. Marsas – vyriška kario planeta, todėl šie sapnai pasakoja apie būsimus ir buvusius karus, skandalus, apie pažįstamus vyriškius.
Jeigu antradienio sapnai ramūs, vadinasi, radote, kur panaudoti savo energiją, lengvai nugalėsite bet kokią kliūtį kelyje į sėkmę ir artimiausiu laiku jūsų gyvenime nebus jokių konfliktų. Ryškūs sapnai kalba apie tai, kad jumyse glūdi daug gyvenimiškos jėgos. Nieko neatidėliokite kitai dienai, pradėkite iš karto keletą darbų, viską greitai padarysite. Aštrūs daiktai sapne rodys tai, kad pasirengę aktyviai veiklai. Nemalonūs sapnai įspėja, kad jus užvaldė savimeilė, egoizmas. Geras ženklas sapne būti lyderiu.
Sapnas iš antradienio į trečiadienį. Trečiadienį valdo Merkurijus. Jis dažniausiai atneša lengvus, įvairius, neįsimenančius sapnus. Jeigu sapnas svarbus, jūs gausite informaciją apie draugus, brolius, seseris ir visus, su kuriais bendraujate. Trečiadienio sapnai rodo nežymius pasikeitimus ateityje, apie informacijos šaltinius, kurie dabar svarbūs jums, apie mokslą ir keliones.
Jeigu sapnas turiningas, dinamiškas, vadinasi, jūs esate komunikabilus žmogus ir greitai įsigysite naujų pažįstamų, su kuriais bus lengva ir įdomu. Sapnas iš ketvirtadienio į penktadienį. Būtent šie sapnai dažniausiai atspindi mūsų jausmus, nes penktadienis – Veneros diena. Manoma, kad penktadienio sapnai dažniausiai išsipildo. Veneros sapnai susiję su jūsų asmeniniu, kūrybiniu ir materialiniu gyvenimu. Sapnai rodo, kaip ir kada išsipildys troškimai.

Sapnas iš penktadienio į šeštadienį. Šeštadienis – griežto Saturno diena. Tai likimo, lemties, išbandymų planeta. Saturnas diktuoja įstatymus, apriboja mus, todėl sapnas parodys taisykles, kuriomis privalote vadovautis. Jūs pamatysite, ko turite atsisakyti artimiausiu metu. Sapnai rodo, kokia jūsų siekių realizavimo perspektyva, įvykių seka ir tarpusavio ryšys.
Jeigu sapnas malonus, vadinasi, griežtų apribojimų nebus, lengvai realizuosite tai, ką suplanavote. Jeigu sapnas miglotas, nespalvotas, jame daug kliūčių, tikslą pasieksite tik kantrai dirbdami. Šią naktį galite sužinoti savo likimą.

Saulė – meilės, įkvėpimo ir neriboto kūrybingumo planeta. Saulės sapnai parodys žmones ar situacijas, kurie praskaidrina jūsų gyvenimą, užpildo įdomiais užsiėmimais ar priešingai – užtemdo džiaugsmingas akimirkas.
Jeigu sekmadienio sapnai gražūs, vadinasi, greitai jums kils naujų idėjų, susipažinsite su įdomiais, nepaprastų sugebėjimų žmonėmis. Gali būti, kad kartu su gražiu sekmadienio sapnu ateis stipri meilė arba atskleisite savo talentą, apie kurį anksčiau nežinojote. Gražus sapnas rodo aktyvią kūrybinę veiklą. Kaip prabudę dar prisimename sapną, taip iš ten, iš sapno, turbūt galime pažvelgti dienos kasdieninio gyvenimo pusėn, išskirdami bei prisimindami šio gyvenimo kontūrus. Ir savo ruožtu šie iš ten įžiūrimi kontūrai, šie šešėliai atrodys kaip migloto sapno kūriniai.
Ir iš tikrųjų iš ten labai keistai turi atrodyti pasaulis, kur laikas juda tik viena kryptimi, kur ateitis užverta ir nežinoma, o mirusieji iš gyvųjų pasaulio išeina negrįžtamai ir visam laikui.
