Į aną pasauli išėjusiųjų ilgesys – viena didžiausių gyvųjų kančių. Kartais netekties kartėlis toks nepakeliamas, kad paženklina visą tolesnį žmogaus gyvenimą, ištrindamas iš jo džiaugsmą ir prasmę. Nors ir vaikšto šia žeme, mintimis jis toli: gyvena prisiminimais, bergždžiai mėgina užglaistyti savo kaltę, mintyse kalbasi su mirusiaisiais. Ar galima ką nors pakeisti ir grąžinti žmogų į visavertį gyvenimą?
Taip teigia garsusis gyvenimo po mirties tyrinėtojas Raimondas Moudis. Jo naujoji knyga “Viskas apie susitikimus po mirties” ne tik pratęsia ankstesnius tyrinėjimus, bet ir supažindina su neįprasta terapija žmones, kurių psichiką skaudžiai suluošino artimo žmogaus netektis.
Susitikimai su keistomis būtybėmis
Pagal statistiką apie 65 proc. našlių mato mirusių vyrų šmėklas; iki 75 proc. vaiką praradusių tėvų išsaugo kontaktą su juo (vizualinį, garsinį ir pan.) bent jau metus. Ir vieniems, ir kitiems, patekusiems į kančios karalystę, tai dovanoja palengvėjimą… Tačiau tokie susitikimai su mirusiaisiais vyksta nevalingai ir negali būti organizuoti pagal užsakymą, kad būtų galima stebėti ir tirti laboratorijos sąlygomis. Ankstesnėse knygose Moudis rašė apie klinikinę mirtį išgyvenusių žmonių prisiminimus.
Labai dažnai, kol gydytojai grūmėsi dėl pacientų gyvybės, šie leisdavosi į neįprastas astralines keliones, kuriose sutikdavo savo mirusius giminaičius ir draugus. Visos šios keistos būtybės pranešdavo, kad anapus gyvena puikiai, bet įtikinėjo pacientus grįžti, nes jų žemiškasis kelias dar nebaigtas. Tokie susitikimai ligoniams padarydavo neišdildomą įspūdį ir paprastai pakeisdavo jų požiūrį į gyvenimą ir mirtį. Jie nustodavo šios bijoję, nes savo kailiu įsitikindavo, jog tai tik perėjimas į kitą, laimingesnį ir puikesnį, gyvenimą. Žmonės atsikratydavo kompleksų, ligų, pradėdavo kitaip, optimistiškiau, suvokti gyvenimą. Gydomasis klinikinės mirties metu patirtų išgyvenimų efektas akivaizdus. Tačiau toji zona, į kurią patekdavo “keliauninkai”, turi aiškias ribas, jų peržengti žmogus negali, nes numirs negrįžtamai. Moudis ją vadina vidurine sritimi – fizinio ir anapusinio pasaulio kryžkele. Netikėtai pats sau mokslininkas atrado, kad iš tikrųjų susitikimai su mirusiais artimaisiais gali vykti nebūtinai ištikus klinikinei mirčiai.
Žiūrėjimo į veidrodį technika
Senovėje žmonės įvairiems reginiams sukelti naudodavo vandens pripildytas poliruotas taures, stiklo rutulius, šiaip upės vandenį, fontanus ir krioklius. Ir, suprantama, veidrodžius. Ypatinga žiūrėjimo į veidrodį technika (toliau – ŽVT), pasak Moudžio, “leidžia žmonėms išvysti mirusiųjų artimųjų dvasias bet kuriuo metu, tereikia panorėti… Gebėjimas matyti mirusių artimųjų paveikslus duoda didelę naudą. Kai kurių žmonių, praradusių mylimus žmones, kančia yra beribė, o žiūrėjimas į veidrodį atneša tam tikrą palengvėjimą… Manau, kad ši veidrodžio savybė – didžiausias atpildas mums, nes tokia širdgėla – vienas sunkiausių žmogaus sielos skausmų”.
Žmones kankina įvairios nerimo būsenos, bet vienos iš jų jie neįveikia niekada – tai mirties baimė. ŽVT padeda visiškai nauju ir saugiu būdu prasiskverbti į vidurinę sritį. Skirtingai, nei rašoma knygose ir rodoma kino filmuose, vaiduokliai čia ne siaubingi, bet geranoriški. Atlikęs keletą bandymų su veidrodžiais ir radęs patvirtinimų savo idėjai, jog žmogus anaiptol nebūtinai turi išgyventi klinikinę mirtį, kad susitiktų su mirusiųjų dvasiomis, Moudis nusprendė pažiūrėti į tai rimtai ir išnagrinėti visas galimas technikas tokius regėjimus sukelti. Senovės graikai, pavyzdžiui, šioms apeigoms atlikti turėjo specialią vietą – mirusiųjų orakulus.
Pasimatymu su vėlėmis vietos
Pasak senovės graikų geografo Strabono, žinomiausia tokia vieta buvo Vakarų Graikijoje. Tie, kurie prižiūrėdavo ritualines vietas, apsigyvendavo požeminiuose moliniuose namuose, sujungtuose tuneliais. Jie niekada neišeidavo į žemės paviršių dieną, savo buveinę palikdavo tik naktį. Šeštojo dešimtmečio pabaigoje graikų archeologas Sotiras Dakaras rado šią vietą ir ėmė kasinėti. Mokslininkai išvydo sudėtingą celių ir labirintų, susibėgančių į didelį urvą, kur ir vykdavo pasimatymai su šmėklomis, kompleksą. Toje oloje Dakaras ir rado milžiniško bronzinio katilo liekanas. Kadaise vidinis katilo paviršius buvo poliruotas, ir dvasias galėjai stebėti tyvuliuojančio vandens paviršiuje. Kadangi talpykla buvo didžiulė, galėjai matyti natūralaus dydžio vaiduoklius. Reikia pasakyti, kad orakulo lankytojai buvo kruopščiai rengiami šiam paslaptingam įvykiui: mėnesį gyvendavo po žeme, paskui tamsiais koridoriais ir per celes patekdavo į olą. Po ilgos vienatvės tamsoje juo apstulbindavo mirguliuojanti liepsna, metanti feeriškus šešėlius ant sienų. Pasibaigus pasimatymui su mirusiųjų vėlėmis dalyvius aprūkydavo siera ir išvesdavo į šviesą, prie upės, kur vykdavo ritualinis apsiprausimas.
“Ištyręs ŽVT istoriją, – rašo Moudis, – nusprendžiau pabandyti atkurti graikiško tipo pasimatymus su mirusiaisiais… Viršutinį savo seno malūno Alabamoje aukštą paverčiau šiuolaikiniu orakulu. Viename kambario kampe ant sienos liepiau pritvirtinti keturių pėdų aukščio ir pusketvirtos pėdos pločio veidrodį”.
Trijų pėdų atstumu nuo veidrodžio buvo pastatytas lengvas patogus krėslas, o juoda aksominė uždanga puslankiu supo veidrodį ir krėslą. Taigi veidrodis atspindėjo tik tyrą it krištolas tamsos erdvę. Už krėslo buvo vienintelis šviesos šaltinis – nedidelis spalvoto stiklo šviestuvas su 15 vatų lempute. Moudis prašydavo eksperimento dalyvius atsinešti kokių nors atmintinų daiktų, priklausiusių mirusiajam, paskui praleisdavo su jais visą dieną – neskubriai vaikštinėdavo gamtoje, aiškindavosi, kodėl žmogus panoro susitikti su tais, kurie jau išėję.
Pasirengimas pasimatymui
Pasirengimo susitikti su šmėkla detales Moudis taip išsamiai aprašo ne tik todėl, kad yra rimtas tyrinėtojas, – jis tarsi nori padėti tiems, kurie panorės patys užsiimti tokiais eksperimentais. Jo patirtis rodo, kad tokia darbo su veidrodžiais technika negali pakenkti, nepaisant daugybės gandų apie veidrodžių klastą ir net mirtiną pavojų atliekant su jais įvairias apeigas. Tad kas geriausia padeda pereiti prie pakitusios sąmonės būsenos? Gamtos grožis – žmogaus siela į jį jautriai reaguoja, pakitęs laiko pojūtis – žmonės dažnai sakydavo, jog sutriko laiko jausmas. Norėdamas eksperimente dalyvaujančiam žmogui padėti “pasimesti” laike, Moudis liepdavo nusisegti laikrodžius, pats paslėpdavo visus, esančius namuose. Didelė biblioteka, apstatyta senoviniais baldais, taip pat atkurdavo praėjusių laikų dvasią, kaip ir pats malūnas, statytas 1839 metais.
Mokslininkas naudojo ir įvairius praėjusio meto albumus, literatūrą, skirtą susitikimams su šmėklomis.
Jo atradimai išties stebina. Daugelis pacientų matėsi ne su tais mirusiaisiais, su kuriais norėjo susitikti. Ir tokių nemažai – apie 25 proc. Pasimatymai ne visada vykdavo pačiame veidrodyje. Maždaug kas dešimta dvasia iš jo išeidavo. Žmonės dažnai pasakodavo, jog ji buvo prisilietusi ar kad jaučia jos artumą. Būdavo ir priešingai – maždaug 10 proc. pacientų patys nukeliaudavo į veidrodį ir ten susitikdavo su mirusiaisiais. Apie 13 proc. su vėlėmis užmezga ne tik vizualinį, bet ir juntamą kontaktą, o nemaža dalis jį patiria jau grįžę į viešbutį, namus ar perėję į kitą kambarį.
Apibendrinant galima pasakyti, kad, pasitelkus ŽVT, rašo Moudis, pavyko atsidurti dviejų pasaulių kryžkelėje, bet lyg ir einant kitu keliu. Viskas buvo kaip ir anksčiau: ryški šviesa, susitikimai su mirusiais brangiais žmonėmis, džiaugsmingas jausmas, kad jiems gera anapusiniame pasaulyje. Ir įsitikinimas, kad kiekvieno mūsų ten laukia šviesos, o ne tamsos karalystė.
