Vienas pagrindinių būdų, kurių pagalba ką tik išėjusi siela užmezga kontaktą su mylinčiais ją žmonėmis – tai prasiskverbimas į jų sapną. Skausmas, kuris užgožia sąmoningą protą, laikinai pasitraukia į antrą planą, kai mes miegame. Net jeigu mūsų sapnas trūkineja, nesąmoningas protas vis tiek yra atviresnis informacijai. Gaila, bet sielvartaujantis žmogus pernelyg dažnai pabunda, nutraukdamas sapną, galbūt pasiųstą jam iš Sielų Pasaulio, nesistengdamas kaip nors įsiminti ar užsirašyti, ką matė ir jautė. Arba vaizdai ir simboliai, kuriuos jis sapnavo, tuo metu jam nieko nesakė, arba sapno epizodas išsitrynė, jeigu žmogus, pvz., matė save kartu su mirusiuoju ir nusprendė, kad jis palaikė tai, ko norisi tuo, kas tikra.
Prieš tęsdamas, norėčiau bendrais bruožais apibūdinti sapno esmę. Mano profesionali patirtis, susijusi su sapnais, atsirado klausantis savo Subjektų pasakojimų, jie hipnozės būsenoje aiškina, kodėl jie, būdami jau bekūniais, naudoja sapno būseną, kad užmegztų kontaktą su gyvaisiais. Sielos labai išradingos ieškodamos tinkamų savo tikslams sapnų epizodų. Aš padariau išvadą, kad dauguma sapnų yra labai paviršutiniški. Tyrinėdamas informaciją apie sapnus, supratau, kad netgi šios srities specialistai laiko sapnus absurdiška maišalyne, sukurta mūsų einamųjų reikalų ir praėjusios dienos įvykių bei reikalų. Jeigu protas išsikrauna tam tikrų sapno ciklų metu, tokiu atveju nervinių signalų perdavimas mūsų simpatiniais kanalais leidžia atpalaiduoti, ištuštinti smegenis.
Išskyriau tris sapnų rūšis, vieną iš kurių vadinu „namų tvarkymu“. Sapno metu daugybė atsitiktinių minčių, surinktų dienos metu, „surenkamos“ ir „išmetamos“ iš proto kaip nereiklingos šiukšlės. Mes negalime iš jų išgauti jokios prasmės, kadangi jos ten ir nėra. Iš kitos pusės, visi mes žinome, kad sapnai gali būti ir labiau pažintiniai. Šia prasme aš išskiriu du aspektus – problemų išsprendimo ir dvasinį, tarp kurių egzistuoja labai subtili riba. Kai kurie žmonės per sapnus gauna įspėjimą apie būsimus įvykius. Sapnai taip pat gali pakeisti mūsų proto būseną.
Vienas labiausiai stresinių mūsų gyvenimo momentų – pergyvenimai, kai praradę mylimą žmogų, galvojame, kad visam laikui prarandam jo meilę. Bene vienintelį atokvėpį nuo šio slegiančio jausmo gaunami miegodami. Mes gulamės miegoti, patirdami kančias, ir atsibundame su tuo pačiu skausmu, tačiau tarp gulimosi ir atsikėlimo vyksta kažkas paslaptingo. Kartais pabundame su nauja idėja, kaip žengti pirmuosius žingsnius, kad susidorotume su netektimi. Problemos išsprendimas miegant – tai mentalinės inkubacijos procesas, jo metu atsiranda vaizdiniai, nurodantys mums tolesnio judėjimo kelius. Iš kur ateina šie prašviesėjimai – iš mūsų pačių ar iš kažkur kitur? Jeigu sapnas dvasiškai išsiplėtoja, tai jis, galbūt, buvo „nupintas“ būtybių, kurios aplankė mus, kad padėtų įveikti mūsų dvasines kančias?
Mūsų sapnuose dalyvauja mūsų Vedliai, Mokytojai ir giminingos sielos, atėję kaip pasiuntiniai, kad padėtų mums priimti sprendimą. Nebūtina smarkiai kentėti, kad gautum tokią pagalbą. Šių sapnų metu taip pat atgyja mūsų atsiminimai apie patirtį, kurią turėjome kituose fiziniuose ir mentaliniuose pasauliuose, tame tarpe ir dvasiniame arba Sielų Pasaulyje. Kam iš jūsų nesisapnavo, kad skrendate ar be vargo plaukiate virš vandens? Pastebėjau, kad kai kuriems mano pacientams šie mitiniai atsiminimai turi informaciją apie jų praeitus gyvenimus, kuriuos jie praleido kaip protingos būtybės, gyvenusios danguje arba po vandeniu kitose planetose. Dažnai tokio pobūdžio sapnų fragmentai duoda mums metaforišką raktą, kad galėtume palyginti savo praeitus gyvenimus su dabartiniu. Mūsų nemirtingos sielos prigimtis nelabai tesikeičia, eidama iš kūno į kūną, todėl šie palyginimai nėra kažkas nepaprasto. Kai kurie iš mūsų didžiųjų atradimų gimsta iš sapnų fragmentų, atspindinčių įvykius, vietas ar elgesio ypatybes, susijusias su patirtimi, kurią mes jau turėjome iki gaunant mūsų dabartinius kūnus.
Pirmame skyriuje aš trumpai užsiminiau apie paruošiamąją klasę, kurią mes lankome Sielų Pasaulyje prieš grįždami į Žemę naujam įsikūnijimui. Ši klasė organizuojama tam, kad sielos savo būsimame gyvenime galėtų atpažinti žmones ir įvykius. Pasiruošimo nauji inkarnacijai metu mokytojas vėl pakartoja mums svarbius mūsų naujojo gyvenimo kontrakto aspektus. Susitikimas ir bendravimas su sielomis iš mūsų grupės ir iš kitų bendrijų, kurios dalyvaus mūsų būsimąjame gyvenime yra būtina parengiamosios klasės procedūra.
Atsiminimai apie šią parengiamąją klasę gali būti atgaivinti mūsų sapnuose, ir tai gali apšviesti mus nusivylimo tamsoje, kuri apgaubia mus, kai iš gyvenimo išeina mums brangi ir gimininga siela. Jungas teigė: „Sapnai – tai mūsų užgniaužti norai ir baimės, bet juose gali pasireikšti neišvengiamos tiesos, kurios nėra iliuzijos ar kvailos fantazijos“. Kartais šios tiesos pateikiamos mums sapnuojant metaforiškų galvosūkių ir pirmapradžių vaizdinių (archetipų) pavidalu. Visuomenėje paplitę tam tikri sapnų simboliai, ir dauguma sapnininkų aprašo būtent šias visuotinai priimtas nuostatas. Kiekvienas žmogus turi naudotis savo paties intuicija, kad išsiaiškintų sapnų reikšmę.
Australijos aborigenai, kurių kultūra turi dešimties tūkstančių metų istoriją, tiki, kad sapno laikas – tai realus laikas, susijęs su objektyvia realybe. Mūsų suvokimas sapno metu toks pats realus kaip ir mūsų išgyvenimai nemiegant. Nepriklausomai nuo to, kada fiziškai išejo iš jūsų gyvenimo asmenybė, kurią jūs mylėjote, ji nori, kad jūs suvoktumėte, kad ji vis dar egzistuoja dabar, esamojoje realybėje. Kokiu gi būdu mylinti siela mėgina padėti jums suvokti ir priimti šiuos dalykus jūsų sapnuose?

Penktasis Subjektas mirė nuo pneumonijos Niujorke 1935 metais, kada jai buvo šiek tiek daugiau nei 30 metų. Silvija buvo kilusi iš nedidelės gyvenvietės Viduriniuose Vakaruose. Jos mirtis buvo netikėta, ir ji norėjo kažkaip paguosti savo motiną.
NIUTONAS. Po mirties jūs iš karto iškeliavote į Sielų Pasaulį?
SUBJEKTAS. Ne. Aš turėjau atsisveikinti su savo motina, todėl turėjau dar kurį laiką pabūti šalia Žemės, kol ji nesužinos apie tai, kas nutiko.
NIUTONAS. Ar norite dar ką nors aplankyti, prieš einant pas savo motiną?
SUBJEKTAS (dvejoja, paskui – dusliu balsu) Taip… Turiu seną draugą… jo vardas Filas… Aš iš pradžių užeisiu pas jį.
NIUTONAS. (švelniai). Aš suprantu. Jūs mylėjote Filą?
SUBJEKTAS. (pauzė). Taip, bet mes nebuvome susituokę… Aš… Aš tiesiog noriu dar sykį prie jo prisiliesti. Aš iš tikrųjų neužmezgu su juo kontakto, kadangi jis giliai miega, be sapnų. Aš negaliu ilgai čia užtrukti, noriu atsirasti šalia savo motinos iki to laiko, kol ji nesužinos, kas su manimi atsitiko.
NIUTONAS. Ar ne per daug jūs skubota Filo atžvilgiu? Kodėl negalėtumėte palaukti tinkamos sapno fazės kai galima būtų palikti jam žinią?
SUBJEKTAS. (tvirtai). Mudu su Filu jau seniai nesusiję. Draugavome, kai buvome jauni. Jis greičiausiai nė negalvoja apie mane… ir… Ir kažin, ar jis pajus mano žinią sapne. Pasiliekančio mano energijos pėdsako šiuo metu pakaks, kadangi mes vėl būsime kartu Sielų Pasaulyje.
NIUTONAS. Palikusi Filą, jūs keliaujate pas motiną?
SUBJEKTAS. Taip, aš pradedu nuo įprasto minčių kontakto, kol ji nemiega, bet man nieko neišeina. Ji labai liūdi. Jos liūdesys, kilęs dėl to, kad ji negali būti šalia manęs, užgožė ją.
NIUTONAS. Kokius metodus jūs jau išbandėte?
SUBJEKTAS. Aš sutelkiu savo mintis kartu su oranžiškai geltona šviesa, panašia į žvakės liepsną, ir patalpinu tą šviesą aplink jos galvą, siųsdama meilės mintis, tačiau be rezultatų. Ji nesupranta, kad esu šalia. Nutariau veikti per jos sapnus.
NIUTONAS. GERAI, Silvija, lėtai pademonstruokite man tai. Iš pradžių papasakokite, ar išsirenkate jūs vieną savo motinos sapną, ar galite sukurti jį pati?
SUBJEKTAS. Man dar nelabai sekasi kurti sapnus. Man daug lengviau įeiti į jau esantį, pasiekti kiek galima natūralesnio kontakto ir tada sudalyvauti jame. Noriu, kad mama visiškai aiškiai atpažintų mane savo sapne.
NIUTONAS. Puiku, dabar drauge atlikime šį procesą.
SUBJEKTAS. Pirmieji du sapnai netiko. Vienas jų – paprsčiausia beprasmybė. Kitas – ištrauka iš mamos praeito gyvenimo, kuriame manęs nėra. Galų gale jai sapnuojasi, kad ji vaikštinėja viena laukais aplink mūsų namą. Turėkite galvoje, kad šiame sapne ji nejaučia liūdesio. Aš dar nemiriau.
NIUTONAS. Kuo gi geras šis sapnas, Silvija, jeigu jūsų ten nėra?
SUBJEKTAS. (nusijuokia). Klausykit, argi jūs nesuprantate – aš ruošiuosi sklandžiai įeiti į šį sapną.
NIUTONAS. Jūs galite pakeisti sapną, kad į jį įsijungtumėte?
SUBJEKTAS. Žinoma, aš pasirodau kitame lauko gale, nustatydama savo energiją, kad ji atitiktų mamos mintis. Aš kuriu save tokia, kokią ji mane matė paskutinį kartą. Lėtai einu lauku, suteikdama jai galimybę priprasti prie mano buvimo. Mojuoju jai ranka ir šypsausi, o paskui prieinu prie jos. Mes apsikabiname ir dabar aš siunčiui gyvybinės energijos bangas į jos miegantį kūną.
NIUTONAS. Ir ką tai duoda jūsų motinai?
SUBJEKTAS. Šis vaizdas prasiskverbia į aukščiausią mamos sąmonės lygmenį. Noriu, kad sapnas liktų jai ir po to, kai ji pabus.
NIUTONAS. Kaip jūs galite būti įsitikinusi, kad ji nenuspręs, jog šis sapnas – tiesiog jos noro jus matyti rezultatas ir ji neignoruos jo kaip kažko, kas nerealu?
SUBJEKTAS. Tokio gyvo sapno įtaka labai didelė. Kai mama pabus, jos prote bus išlikęs ryškus prisiminimas apie šią sceną su manimi, ir ji suvoks, kad aš esu šalia. Po kurio laiko atsiminimai taps tokie realūs, kad ji tai priims.
NIUTONAS. Silvija, ar jūsų energijos dėka pereina vaizdinys sapne iš pasąmoningos realybės į sąmoningą?
SUBJEKTAS. Taip, tai filtracijos procesas, kurio metu aš siunčiu jai energetines bangas kelių dienų bėgyje, kol ji nepradeda suvokti mano išėjimo iš gyvenimo. Noriu, kad ji tikėtų, jog aš tebesu jos dalis ir visada būsiu su ja.
Kai dėl Filo, tai akivaizdu, kad Silvija neketino ilgai užsibūti šalia jo, kad išreikštų savo jausmus jo pasąmoningame prote. Paprstai mes nesapnuojame, būdami giliojo miego būsenoje (smegenų aktyvumo delta stadija, kai nepastebimas greitas akių judėjimas). Greitasis miegas (kai akys greitai juda), žinomas taip pat paradoksalaus miego ir sapnavimo pavadinimu yra gerokai lengvesnė ir todėl aktyvesnė būsena, kurią patiriame ankstyvojoje ir vėlyvojoje sapno stadijoje. Kitame Atvejyje kontaktas su miegančiuoju buvo užmegztas tarpe tarp dviejų sapnų, galbūt todėl, kad miegantysis dar tebebuvo greitojo sapno stadijoje.
Sielos, kurios veikia per sapnus ir su kuriomis man teko kontaktuoti, įeina į sapną dviem skirtingais būdais.
1.Sapno pakeitimas. Turinti tam tikrų įgūdžių išsikūnijusi siela įeina į miegančio žmogaus protą ir truputį pakeičia jau esantį sapną. Pavadinčiau šį metodą „įsiterpimo metodu“, kai siela įsijungia kaip aktorius į veiksmą jau vykstant spektakliui tokiu būdu, kad miegantysi nė nepastebi „scenarijaus“ pasikeitimo. Būtent šitaip darė Silvija savo motinos atžvilgiu. Ji sulaukė tinkamiausio sapno momento, kad įeitų į jį. Nors šios manipuliacijos gali pasirodyti sunkiomis, man visiškai akivaizdu, kad antrasis variantas gerokai sudėtingesnis.
2.Sapno sukūrimas. Šiais atvejais siela turi sukurti sapną ir įdiegti jį į protą nuo nulio – išausti vaizdinius tokiu būdu, kad jų prasmė atitiktų iškeltus tikslus. Scenos miegančiojo prote formuojamos arba keičiamos turint tikslą perduoti tam žmogui kažkokią žinią. Aš suvokiu tai kaip pagalbos ir meilės išreiškimo aktą. Jeigų sapno „įskiepijimas“ į protą atliktas nepakankamai meistriškai ir sapnas neturi prasmės, žmogus tebemiega, o pabudęs prisimena tik padrikus fragmentus arba apskritai nieko neprisimena.
Pailiustruodamas terapinį sapno sukūrimo proceso panaudojimą, papasakosiu apie atvejį su Subjektu, kurio siela yra V lygyje pagal mano klasifikaciją. Praeitame gyvenime jo vardas buvo Badas. Jis žuvo 1942 metais, viename iš II-ojo pasaulinio karo mūšių. Miegantysis, kuriam jis norėjo perduoti žinią, buvo jo brolis Voltas. Badas – sapnų formavimo metodo šalininkas, todėl po savo žūties jis sugrįžo į namus, į Sielų Pasaulį, ir ten kaip reikiant pasiruošė, prieš panaudodamas šį metodą broliui paguosti. Šio metodo jį išmokė Vedlys, vardu Eksineris.

NIUTONAS. Kaip jūs ruošiatės, sugrįžęs į dvasinį pasaulį, sušvelninti savo brolio liūdesį?
SUBJEKTAS. Eksineris dirba kartu su manimi, kurdamas efektyvią strategiją. Tai labai subtilus ir delikatus reikalas, kadangi mes čia dirbame su energetine Volto kopija.
NIUTONAS. Turite galvoje tą Volto sielos dalį, kuri pasilieka dvasiniame pasaulyje jam esant įsikūnijus Žemėje?
SUBJEKTAS. Taip, Voltas ir aš esame vienos sielų grupės nariai. Aš pradedu nuo to, kad užmezgu ryšį su jo sielos dalimi čionai, kad turėčiau glaudesnį kontaktą su Volto energija Žemėje.
NIUTONAS. Paaiškinkite šį procesą.
SUBJEKTAS. Aš prisklendžiu prie tos vietos, kur randasi pasilikusi jo energijos dalis ir greitai susijungiu su juo. Tai duoda galimybę tiksliausiai užfiksuoti Volto energijos atspaudą. Tarp mūsų jau egzistuoja telepatinis ryšys, bet aš noriu užmegzti su juo glaudesnį – vibracinį kontaktą, kai atsidursiu šalia jo lovos.
NIUTONAS. Kodėl jūs norite grįžti į Žemę su absoliučiai tiksliu Volto energetinio pavidalo atspaudu?
SUBJEKTAS. Kad užmegzčiau tvirtesnį ryšį su sapnais, kuriuos aš sukursiu.
NIUTONAS. Bet kodėl vietoj jūsų kita Volto pusė negali bendrauti su juo Žemėje?
SUBJEKTAS (griežtai). Tai neveikia. Tai ne daugiau kaip pokalbis su savim pačiu. Tai neturi poveikio, ypač sapno metu.
NIUTONAS. Gerai, kadangi tikslus Volto energijos atspaudas yra pas jus, kas gi vyksta, kai jūs atsiduriate šalia jo miegančio kūno?
SUBJEKTAS. Jis neramiai miega naktimis ir iš tiesų smarkiai kenčia dėl to, kad mane užmušė. Eksineris išmokė mane dirbti tarp sapnų, kadangi jam pačiam gerai pavyksta atlikti šį energijos perkėlimą.
NIUTONAS. Jūs dirbate tarpuose tarp sapnų?
SUBJEKTAS. Taip, todėl galiu palikti žinią ir viename, ir kitame sapne, ir paskui juos sujungti, kad būtų aiškesni. Kadangi turiu tikslų Volto energijos atspaudą, aš pakankamai lengvai prasiskverbiu į jo protą ir įjungiu savo energiją. Po mano apsilankymo, pirmų dviejų sapnų pagrindu atsiranda trečias – kaip sulėtinta reakcija – ir Voltas mato mus vėl kartu nekūniškoje būsenoje, kurios jis neatpažįsta kaip Sielų Pasaulio, bet šių patrauklių atsiminimų aktyvizacija paliko jį.
Pastaba: kai kurių kultūrų atstovai, pvz., Tibeto mistikai, tiki, kad jie išties pažįsta per sapnus dvasinį pasaulį, kuris natūraliai suvokiamas kaip beveik fizinis rojus.
NIUTONAS. Kokius sapnus jūs sukūrėte?
SUBJEKTAS. Voltas buvo trim metais vyresnis, bet vaikystėje mudu daug žaisdavome kartu. Viskas pasikeitė, kai jam stuktelėjo trylika – ne todėl, kad mes praradome artumą kaip broliai, bet todėl, kad jis susidraugavo su savo bendraamžiais, ir manęs nepriimdavo į jų kompaniją. Kartą Voltas su savo draugais suposi ant virvės, permestos per didelio medžio šaką aukštai virš nedidelės kūdros, netoli mūsų fermos. Kitibberniukai pirmi pasisupo ir ėmė išdykauti vandenyje, o Voltas tuo metu smarkiai įsisiūbavo ir išlėkė taip aukštai, kad smarkiai trenkėsi galva į kitą šaką ir beveik be sąmonės įkrito į vandenį. Draugai nematė, kaip jis krito. Aš panirau ir kilstelėjau jį į vandens paviršių, garsiai pašaukdamas kitus į pagalbą. Paskui, jau ant kranto, Voltas nustebęs pažvelgė į mane ir padėkojo už išgelbėjimą. Aš pamaniau, kad dėl šio įvykio jie priėmė mane į savo kompaniją, bet po kelių savaičių Voltas ir jo draugai neleido man žaisti su jais kamuoliu. Man atrodė, kad nepakovojęs už mudu, Voltas mane išdavė. Žaidimo metu kamuoliukas nulėkė į krūmus ir jie negalėjo jo surasti. Tą vakarą suradu jų kamuoliuką ir paslėpiau jį mūsų klojime. Mes nebuvome turtingi vaikai ir šis praradimas kuriam laikui nutraukė jų žaidimus, kol vienam iš berniūkščių gimimo dienos proga nepadovanojo kito kamuoliuko.
NIUTONAS. Kokią žinią jūs norėjote perduoti Voltui.
SUBJEKTAS. Nutariau parodyti jam du dalykus. Norėjau, kad brolis pamatytų, kaip aš verkiu, ir sėdėdamas ant kūdros kranto laikau sau ant kelių jo sukruvintą galvą, o taip pat norėjau, kad jis prisimintų, ką mes vienas kitam pasakėm po to, kai jis atgavo sąmonę. Antras sapnas – apie tą žaidimą, kuriam pasibaigus, vedu jį į klojimą, kur vis dar tebėra jų pamestas kamuoliukas. Pasakiau Voltui, kad atleidžiu jam už visas skriaudas, dėmesio stoką, „išdavystes“. Noriu, kad jis žinotų, kad aš visda esu su juo ir mūsų ištikimybė vienas kitam negali mirti kartu su manimi. Jis tai supras, kai sugrįš į senąjį klojimą ir suras kamuoliuką.
NIUTONAS. Ar reikia Voltui visa tai pamatyti sapne po jūsų apsilankymo?
SUBJEKTAS. (šypsosi) Tai nebūtina, kadangi jis prisiminė kamuoliuko suradimo vietą po to, kai atsibudo. Voltas gerai įsiminė tai, ką įdėjau į jo sąmonę. Jo sugrįžimas į mūsų senąjį klojimą ir kamuoliuko ten suradimas sujungė visas mano pranešimo detales į vieną visumą. Tai kažkiek sumažino Volto skusmą dėl mano mirties.
Sapnų simbolizmas prote pasireiškia daugeliu lygmenų. Kažkurie iš jų yra abstraktūs, kažkurie – emociniai. Šiuo atveju sapnai, turintys savyje empiriškų vaizdinių, sužadino atsiminimus apie dviejų brolių santykius tam tikroje laiko atkarpoje. Toliau sekęs apjungimas įvyko trečiame Volto sapne, paknkamai subtiliame, apie tai, kaip abi sielos vėl laimingai gyvuoja kartu Sielų Pasaulyje.
Aš ilgai negalėjau surasti toli pažengusio Subjekto, kuris mokytųsi sapnų technikos pas Meistrą, tokio kaip Elisteris 6-ame atvejyje. Kai dėl metodų, tai kai kurios sielos yra labiau linkusios už kitas tobulinti savo įgūdžius ir įgyti aukštesnį meistriškumo laipsnį. 6 atvejyje Badas ne tik sukūrė sapnų nuoseklumą Volto sąmonėje, bet ir panaudojo sudėtingesnį metodą, apjungęs sapnus broliui į vieną centrinę meilės ir paramos temą. Galų gale Badas pasirūpino fiziniu įrodymu, kad jis buvo, panaudodamas tam paslėptą beisbolo kamuoliuką. Nemenkinu Silvijos metodo iš 5 atvejo, kadangi ji labai sėkmingai įėjo į savo motinos sapną ir nuramino ją, nesutrikdydama sapno. Tiesiog Subjektas 6 pademonstravo didesnį dvasinį meistriškumą.
